No single company employs every specialist a client may eventually require, and none should. Our role is to know where expertise sits, who can deliver, and when to bring them in.
Clients do not maintain that network themselves. They have access to ours, through one point of contact.

Private Clients
No two clients require the same level or type of support.
Concierged works on individual projects, or holds an ongoing relationship with principals and families who need regular support. The longer we work with someone, the less they need to explain.
Family offices & representatives
We work discreetly alongside family offices, chiefs of staff, private secretaries, managers, agents, household managers and executive assistants acting for principals.
We do not replace an existing team. We take on what sits outside its network, expertise or available capacity, report in the manner you prefer, and stay in the background.

Discretion is not a feature of this service. It is the condition on which it operates.
Information is handled on a need-to-know basis, shared with suppliers only to the extent required to complete the work, and suppliers themselves are selected as carefully as the arrangements they support.
We do not discuss our clients, publish their names or trade on association with them.
