Handling of information

We ask for the minimum information required to respond to an enquiry and to carry out work that has been agreed.

Information is used to communicate with you and to arrange what you have asked us to arrange. It is shared with suppliers only where necessary to complete a requirement, and only to the extent needed.

We do not sell information, and we do not use client information for marketing to third parties.

You may ask what information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to enquiries@concierged.com.

This page describes our practice rather than a technical certification. Where specific handling arrangements are required for a project, they are agreed in writing.
